Unfolding of the Day
We begin by welcoming everyone and settling in with a gentle centering. Joanne then opens with stories of healing and growth, creating space for reflection and meaningful connection.
Tim follows with the “measuring stick,” a simple but powerful way to notice self‑imposed limits and step into more freedom.
We enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the Galilee Centre before moving into an Outdoor Labyrinth Experience—weather permitting—or an indoor walking meditation.
Janice then guides a SoulCollage® session, inviting us into imagery, intuition, and personal insight.
We close the day with a shared reflection, gathering the wisdom of our experience and leaving with renewed clarity and energy.
