My own wake‑up call came at 3 in the morning, when I walked straight into a wall. It shocked me, not just physically, but emotionally. It forced me to pay attention to what was happening inside.

Through simple stories and gentle reflection, I explore how we sometimes lose ourselves trying to prove we’re “enough.” This book is an invitation to remember that our worth isn’t something we earn — it’s something we return to.
